Top Cambodian foreign minister pays tribute to Suharto

Foreign minister Hor Namhong.Phnom Penh - Cambodian Foreign Minister Hor Namhong made an official visit to the Indonesian embassy in the capital Monday to lay a wreath and sign a condolence book in honour of former Indonesian president Suharto.
